Home Support Survey 2021/22

Home Support Survey Deadline Extended to March 4, 2022

In December 2021, the Office of the Seniors Advocate launched the second province-wide survey of public Home Support recipients and their family caregivers. All recipients of Home Support Services have been sent a survey package by mail. Family caregivers have been invited to answer an online survey. This survey is a five year follow up to our 2016 Home Support Survey.

Accessing the Survey

Home Support Clients: All recipients of Home Support Services should now have received their survey by mail. If you have not received your survey or need assistance completing it, please contact our office at 1-877-952-3181. A member of our Information and Referral team would be glad to set this up for you.

Home Support Family Caregivers: Family members and caregivers of Home Support clients are invited to complete a companion survey online.

When does the survey close?

The survey deadline has been extended until March 4, 2022. Please have your survey in the mail before this date to ensure it arrives on time.
