OSA Attends Annual Elders Gathering 2025

The Seniors Advocate and staff were honoured to attend the 49th Annual Elders Gathering, an event that celebrates the wisdom, culture, and contributions of Elders from across the province. Our team was grateful for the opportunity to listen, learn, and connect with community members throughout the gathering.

A special thank you goes to our Council of Advisors members who generously volunteered their time to help host the OSA booth. Your support made it possible for us to share resources, answer questions and hear directly from Elders about the issues that matter most to them.

The Office of the Seniors Advocate would welcome opportunities to further engage with Elders to learn more about the unique challenges and strengths of older adults from Indigenous communities.
